Who we are, why 89 com was built, and what we're committed to delivering for players in Bangladesh — all in one place.
Why 89 com Was Built and Where We're Headed
To deliver a safe, transparent, and enjoyable online gaming experience to everyone in Bangladesh. We want every player to know that their money and personal information are completely secure.
To build 89 com into the most trusted online gaming platform in South Asia. We believe that combining technology with responsibility is the foundation for a truly sustainable business.
Every member matters equally — new or veteran, small bet or large. No one is overlooked at 89 com. Round-the-clock support, fast payments, and fair gaming are the principles we live by.
A few years ago, online gaming in Bangladesh meant poor interfaces, stuck payments, and the constant fear of accounts being shut down without warning. Foreign platforms were never built with Bangladeshi users in mind — no local language, no familiar payment methods, and hours of waiting whenever you reached out for support. That gap was 89 com— the reason behind its creation.
From day one, we've worked toward a single goal — to build a platform for the people of Bangladesh, in their language, with their payment methods, where trust and entertainment go hand in hand. Bkash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits and withdrawals were available from the very beginning, because we understood how people in Bangladesh handle their finances.
The early days were far from easy. Users naturally had doubts — would they actually get their money back? Were the games fair? We tackled those doubts head-on with transparency. RTP figures for every game were made public. Payment systems were independently audited. Every complaint was taken seriously and resolved.
The results speak for themselves today — millions of registered members and the trust they place in us 89 com— our greatest asset. Every day, thousands of people come here not just to play, but to spend time in a familiar and trustworthy environment.
As smartphone usage in Bangladesh has soared, ensuring a truly mobile-first experience became our top priority. 89 comEvery game on the platform is built with HTML5 — meaning you can play seamlessly on any mobile browser without a separate app. We use second-generation encryption technology to keep every user's data fully protected.
Our payment system gets the same level of attention. We hold a track record of processing withdrawals in an average of 15 minutes — made possible by the significant investment we've put into our payment infrastructure.
89 com by the Numbers: Millions of successful transactions every month, 99.7% uptime, active partnerships with hundreds of game providers, and over 500 games — these aren't just numbers. They reflect the trust our users have placed in us.
We believe it is the platform's responsibility to foster a healthy gaming environment. That's why 89 comoffers safeguards like deposit limits, gaming time reminders, and self-exclusion for every member. We believe gaming should be entertainment, not an obsession — and that belief shapes every decision we make.
Our customer support team does more than solve problems — if anyone feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, our support team is ready to guide them in the right direction. That's what makes 89 comsets apart from the rest.
Big plans are ahead. More live sports markets, dedicated betting options for local sports, virtual sports, and new game categories are all on the way. We're also planning a dedicated esports section, because that space is growing fast in Bangladesh.
Most importantly — 89 com has always moved forward by putting Bangladeshi players' feedback first. You tell us what you want, and we work to build it. That shared journey is our greatest strength.
